We specialize in CNC/CNC Swiss machining of various small diameter precision parts for a broad range of markets. Our maximum part capacity is 2" in diameter and our maximum length is 60".
We excel in the machining of components such as shafts or spindles that have a long length to diameter ratio and complex components that involve turning, milling, tapping, boring, cross drilling and cross tapping in a single operation.
We machine a variety of material such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, inconel, brass, aluminum and some plastics. Order quantities handled range from 1 piece prototypes to 1,000,000 piece or more production runs.
We utilize the services of a large local network of secondary sources such as plating, anodizing, heat treating, packaging and grinding to provide customers with dock to stock reliability.
